I wrote Aspire
to teach people how to manifest more of what they want and desire in all aspects of their life. Written in simple terms, no matter what situation a person is experiencing, he or she can embrace the Law of Attraction while using proven psychological techniques to attain their personal and professional goals.
Why did you decide to write the book and why do you feel your expertise on the subject would be of interest to readers?
I had difficulties in my younger years that perhaps would have stopped others from seeking and reaching their dreams. But for me, it inspired me to reach higher. Now for over 20 years, I have taught people how to use my lessons and materials to enhance their lives and aspire to be more. High performance people achieve success in a constant and repetitive realm. People can easily learn these tools. I want to share the simple steps in my new book, Aspire.
Why do you provide so many personal details about your life along in Aspire?
A person's inspirational story helps others to believe that if that person can do something, then they can too - especially when the storyteller's tale is as dramatic and life altering as mine might seem. It is relative. I am a storyteller and decided that whatever I write, teach, train or speak about I needed to relate it to my own experience of life otherwise I have no right or platform to express it. I believe it is a way to relate to the reader in a personal format and gain credibility based upon my experience and how this material affected my life.
What evidence demonstrates that this process works?
It is common to find in highly successful people that these techniques and mindset are universally used. Motivator Tony Robbins suggest that "success leaves clues" and in studying the lives of winners whether it be Oprah, Einstein or world class athletes there is a common thread in what they believe and how they go about manifesting their success.
Why do you believe that there is a need for this book?
Aspire gives people the roadmap and an opportunity to reset their lives. Many people are too busy living their life instead of consciously and intentionally creating it. Everyone wants more of something whether it is wealth, peace of mind, world peace or better relationships. The list is custom designed. Most people do not know or are not aware of how to break away from their self-imposed boundaries and move outside of their limitations. My book will change all that.
Who will benefit the most from reading this book and implementing the "how to" strategies ?
Any person who believes that there is more to life than what they are experiencing currently will benefit. People who feel stuck or continually sabotage themselves in reaching their full potential will benefit. Successful people who still have areas of concern in their life and cannot break through the self-imposed barriers will benefit. I believe everyone will benefit.
What differentiates this book from other self-help manifestation literature?
Aspire combines basic psychology and the workings of the mind with metaphysics. The process is explained in simple terms expressed in memoir and experiential form. It is a "how to" book told in a personal story format.
Are all the steps necessary in order to create what you want in your life?
No. It depends upon how successful you have been in your life creating positive results. Aspire is a complete set of training wheels for people who desire more and do not know how to go about it or where to start. The book details the fundamentals that are necessary to launch, as well as three powerful strategies needed to make these changes occur. There can be shortcuts, but if what you are doing currently is not working Aspire is the answer.
What are the three strategies?
Strategy One is to investigate your life. Take an honest assessment regarding your position on accountability, your core beliefs, how you are living your life and then formulating a plan to get started making whatever changes or attracting to you what it is that you desire by combining the power of the Law of Attraction and fundamental psychology. Strategy Two is establishing the fundamentals for the life that you truly desire. You define your values, your vision, your mission and your goals. It is your base-camp and staging area for Strategy Three. Strategy Three is implementing the manifestation trilogy of affirmations, visualization and broadcasting to an abundant Universe powerful goal enhancing emotions. It is about taking action.
Will embracing the laws of the universe interfere with my religious belief?
If what you believe works for you positively and allows you to let others live their life without your judgment or criticism, this is fine. We are all children of the Universe. Being open to other interpretations of what the Universe is and how it all works and understanding the Law of Attraction in no way interferes with your personal religion.
If the reader does all that you suggest will they be guaranteed great results?
There are no guarantees in life about anything. However, if a person practices all the steps and does the internal work there is a high probability of success in many aspects of that person's life. People have to want to make the changes in their lives while keeping their minds open to great possibilities and other options.
Do the techniques that you suggest apply both personally and professionally?
Yes, all the strategies in my book apply to personal and professional aspirations. They are the same techniques I used to create a good life for myself and my family, as well as a career motivator that has brought me to this point in my life.
What if you do not believe in the power of the Universe or greater power? Does the methodology still work?
Yes, because you are still sending out the intention and the frequency. The Universe is objective. It does not check your credentials at the door. Warning, please be careful because if you strongly believe this is all nonsense that belief will sabotage you and override the intention because the Universe will pick up on that core belief.
What typically sabotages people when they want to improve their lives?
The simple answer is we do. Specifically, I believe that fear is the real killer and many people do not want to do the disciplined and at times difficult work of challenging what they are accustomed too or embracing transformation.
What do most people really want now?
To be valued, loved and respected, to know that they are safe and OK.
This process appears mechanical and manipulative-why not just let go and let fate take over?
If you are able to manifest in that manner all that you really desire, you have already ascended. I said earlier that you may not have to go through all of the steps-some people do just declare and then get out of the way and let it come, but they believe it will come and they are on the right track. Remember Aspire gives you the whole load-training wheels. Do what works for you.
My life works just fine and I have everything that I want-why should I want more? Seems selfish and greedy!
I have never met anyone who did not want more of something-better health, loving relationship, surviving cancer, acceptance, etc. I believe that when people say "it is all great" that they just have not thought the issue through or have given up. Everyone wants more of something; the issue is do people have the courage to declare it.
What is the difference between the Universe and God?
There is no difference from my viewpoint.
How do you know that the Law of Attraction is valid?
I don't. I do know that some events in my life are unexplainable in logical terms. I do know that I have used the Law of Attraction and it has worked for me numerous times in different situations. I do know that many intelligent and wise people believe that there is energy in the Universe that manifests. I do not have an overriding need to have perfect understanding of everything. I believe organized religion calls that position "faith."
There are countless bestselling self-help books and people still don't have what they want. What are we doing wrong?
The core work in Strategies One and Two detail methods in which we can achieve our highest aspirations. Try them. See how everything will change.
